2026 Outdoor Art Fair - Artist Registration

The Royal Oak Outdoor Art Fair is a juried Fine Art Fair in its 55th year.
2026 Art Fair will take place: Saturday-Sunday, June 27-28, 2026

*NOTE: This registration is for Artist submissions and registration only. The Art Fair is Free and open to the public with no registration required.

Registration Opens: Tuesday, November 18, 2025
Registration Deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026
Late Registration: Saturday, April 25 to Friday, June 12

Fees :
Jury Fee (non-refundable): $25
Booth Fee: $287
Late Registration fee (beginning April 25): $100
Late Registration Deadline: June 12, 2026

*Artists will pay the Jury Fee & Booth Fee upon registration, plus any late fees. Artists not selected for the fair will be refunded the Booth Fee only.

Jury process begins: Saturday, April 25
Artist Notifications: Friday, May 1
Final Withdrawal date:* Friday, May 29.

*Booth fee is refunded if withdrawn by this date. No refunds are given after this date.

2026 Art Fair Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility


  • Participation is open to artists creating original, handcrafted art.
  • Each exhibitor must submit an application and digital images for jury consideration.
  • Only artists accepted through the jury process may exhibit; substitutions, proxies, or “guest artists” are prohibited.
  • Work shown must be consistent with the images submitted and accepted.
  • Artists may not exhibit work in categories that were not submitted to the event’s jury and approved.

Accepted Media

  • Accepted categories typically include: painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, ceramics, glass, wood, metal, and jewelry (fine art jewelry only).
  • All work must be original in concept and execution.
  • Limited edition prints or reproductions are permitted only if:
    1. They are clearly labeled as reproductions.
    2. They are signed.
    3. They constitute no more than approximately 1/3 of booth content

  • Commercially manufactured or mass-produced items, T-shirts, posters, or copies of original works are not permitted.

Jury and Compliance
  • All artists are selected through a jury process based on artistic merit, originality, and craftsmanship. Other factors such as media variety will also be considered by the organizers.
  • Jury fees are due at submission.
  • Jury decisions are final. No exceptions.
  • The organizers reserve the right to remove artists, without refund, for work that differs from juried submissions, violates rules, or is deemed inappropriate.
  • Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the event without refund and disqualification from future participation.
