AF2024 - 2024 Royal Oak Outdoor Art Fair

The Royal Oak Outdoor Art Fair is a juried Fine Art Fair in its 53rd year. Artwork accepted and displayed must be an original creation produced by the artist. Mechanically and mass-produced copies of originals must be displayed and marked as such and may be displayed in limited quantities. Commercially made jewelry; imported.

Jury Fee: $25
Booth Fee: $275

- Applications will be accepted from artists 18 years of age or older.
- Artists are required to pay the jury fee at the time of registration.
- This year, artists have the option to pay both the jury and booth fee at the time of registration.
- Artists who are not selected, and provided full payment at the time of registration, will be refunded the booth fee of $275.00
- Withdraw Date: June 14, 2024. A full booth refund will be issued if accepted vendors withdraw by the withdrawal date.

Liability:
The City of Royal Oak and Royal Oak Arts Council will not be responsible or liable for injury, theft, loss, or damage to property before, during, or after art fair hours. Although there is security on site, exhibits left overnight must be at the exhibitor's own risk.

-Exhibit spaces measure 15'x15'. Artists are responsible for setting up their exhibits each day, supplying materials needed for display, and cleaning up the exhibit area daily.

-A program listing participating artists will be distributed to visitors during the fair.

- The Review Committee reserves the right to remove unsuitable or un-juried work. Artists will be allowed to exhibit only work consistent with the work that has been juried.

-The Review Committee reserves the right to reproduce accepted entries for publicity purposes.

-Please do not bring dogs or other pets. Pets are prohibited at the site of the Art Fair.

-Booth sitting will be available on a limited basis. Details will be in your welcome packet at check-in.

-Acceptance/rejection notices will be mailed by Friday, May 3, 2024

-Final payment date Friday, June 7. 2024

-Setup information will be sent to accepted artists by Friday, June 21, 2024
